Joint Admissions Exercise Phases — Posting Results Release Phase
The posting results for JAE will be released about two weeks after the JAE registration period through the following modes:
- JAE Internet System (JAE-IS)
- Short Messaging System (SMS) via applicant’s mobile number (if provided by applicants during the JAE)
Acceptance of Offer
For students posted to JC/MI
Students who are offered a course in a JC/MI must report to the JC/MI on the next working day following the release of the posting results. Any student who fails to report to the JC/MI on this date will be deemed to have forfeited his/her place; the place will be made available to other eligible applicants appealing for a place in the course.
For students posted to Polytechnic
Students who are offered a course in a Poly should expect to receive an enrolment package by post after JAE posting results. Students are required to enrol at the Poly on the date stated in the package. Any student who fails to report to the Poly on this date will be deemed to have forfeited his/her place; the place will be made available to other eligible applicants appealing for a place in the course.
For students posted to ITE
Students who are offered a course in ITE should expect to receive a posting letter by post within 2 working days upon the release of JAE posting results. Students are required to accept their course offer online at the ITE Website within the period indicated in the letter. Students who do not receive the posting letter within 2 working days upon the release of JAE posting results should call ITE HQ Customer Service Centre at 1800-2255-483 during office hours (8am to 6pm from Mon to Fri) to check. Any student who fails to accept their course offer online within the period indicated in the letter will be deemed to have forfeited his/her place; the place will be made available to other eligible applicants appealing for a place in the course.
