- Professional Development and Consultancy Branch
- Design and implement professional development programmes to strengthen capacity of schools in the use of ICT in learning and teaching
- Provide consultancy to schools in planning, implementation and review of the use of ICT in learning and teaching
- Monitor and evaluate ICT implementation in schools
- Technologies & Design for Learning Branch
- Research and develop ICT-enabled pedagogy for enriched learning experiences
- Translate ICT-enabled pedagogical principles for effective implementation
- Promote a culture of active experimentation and reflective practices on innovative use of ICT in learning and teaching
- Harness digital media to create enriched learning experiences
